Since the first EMMIE graduates entered the workforce in 2023, our alumni have built remarkable careers across more than 25 countries. Whether launching their own ventures, joining international organisations, or leading teams in fast-growing companies, EMMIE graduates consistently turn their impact entrepreneurship training into real-world results.

What our alumni do

The majority of EMMIE graduates move directly into professional roles, often before or within months of graduation. Across our three graduated cohorts, alumni have taken positions in a wide range of sectors: consulting and strategy, project management, marketing, finance, technology, and international development. Several have chosen the entrepreneurial path, co-founding ventures or leading social enterprises in areas ranging from clean water access to sustainable architecture.

A number of alumni have joined prestigious international organisations — including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) or EUROCONTROL — reflecting EMMIE's strong focus on impact-driven careers.
