When you're immersed in learning and find the process fascinating, time seems to fly by. That's exactly what happened during my 18-month Master's degree journey. Many young talents have reached out to me, asking if they should also apply for the EMMIE: Erasmus Mundus Master in Impact Entrepreneurship. My answer is clear:
Yes, absolutely, if you:
a) have an impactful project or idea to develop and are willing to dedicate yourself for 1.5 years to work on value propositions, pretotyping, developing MVPs, ensuring financial viability, and pitching to investors, all with the guidance of seasoned entrepreneurs.
b) want to take advantage of a unique program that allows you to study in three different countries, make valuable business connections, and explore the local entrepreneurial ecosystems in Croatia, Lithuania, and Belgium.
c) seek to understand the concept of sustainability in terms of product/service development and the entire lifecycle management process.
d) wish to learn from the diverse projects of your peers (in my case, 20 different projects across various industries) to grasp trends, identify challenges, and develop a comprehensive business worldview.
And I'm not even listing personal benefits like adaptability, cultural immersion and forging friendships around the globe – they are inherent.
